Privacy Policy

We collect the account information needed to operate the service, such as email address, account status, login/session records, product entitlements, feedback, and security/audit events. Passwords are stored as salted password hashes; reset and verification tokens are stored as one-way hashes.

We use this information to authenticate users, secure accounts, operate product access, support customers, measure reliability, and prevent abuse. Payment information will be handled by our payment provider when billing is added; ATS Pick Lab should not store full card numbers.

Operational logs and account records are retained as reasonably necessary for security, support, legal compliance, and service integrity.
